We run small group and individual interventions throughout all year groups. These are reviewed termly and provision is based on the learning needs of the children as they progress through the school.
Through detailed analysis of the diagnostic assessments which are undertaken and through consultation with Class Teachers detailed Provision Maps are constructed for each year group which ensure that measurable targets are set to move children’s learning on and diminish learning gaps.
These interventions are generally taught in the afternoon by skilled Teaching & Learning Practitioners and Learning Support Assistants.
