Swimming Pool

We are very fortunate to have an on-site outdoor heated swimming pool which we use throughout June and July. All the children will have two sessions of swimming a week from Nursery onwards and these are taught by school staff.

Staff who teach swimming have had appropriate training to teach the swimming curriculum and also in emergency resuscitation. They follow the TOP Swimming program and track children’s progress carefully.

As the children progress through the stages of their swimming they will be awarded certificates for their achievements and at the end of each season, the children take part in Pool Parties.
