Robert Peel's Inspection Report March 2020 - OFSTED says Robert Peel is a GOOD school.
Pupils at Robert Peel say that their school is like a family. They learn well together in an inclusive and nurturing environment. Pupils enjoy positive relationships with adults who ensure that they are well cared for. Pupils respect their teachers and try their best because teachers have high expectations of them. This was summed up by one pupil, who said, ‘Our teachers are amazing.’
Pupils are welcoming and polite. They are attentive in class and behave well. Pupils know how the school’s golden rules help them to get along together and to take responsibility for their own actions.
As a school we are absolutely delighted with this report and are extremely pleased with our achievements. It is truly fantastic to read the very positive comments about the children’s attitudes to work and behaviour and their real enjoyment of school and love of learning. All of us at Robert Peel, teachers, support staff, governors, children and parents can feel rightly proud.
The report is a credit to the hard work that is put in day in and day out by every member of staff and the recognition is well-deserved. Along with showing what enthusiastic, keen and eager learners your children are, they truly are a joy to know and teach and it is wonderful to see them flourish in our school setting with such dedicated and supportive staff.
